Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a structured social media calendar aligned with brand and marketing objectives
- Identify trends early and translate them into relevant, brand-aligned content
- Script, film and edit short-form video content – Reels, TikToks, Shorts and digital ads
- Create engaging lifestyle photography and behind-the-scenes brand content
- Write sharp, engaging and on-brand captions and digital copy
- Manage community engagement – responding to comments and messages with professionalism and authenticity
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports using Google Workspace
- Use AI tools for copy ideation, trend analysis and content efficiency
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Innovation teams on product launches and campaigns
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital content creation, ideally within FMCG or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and X algorithms
- Confident using mobile editing tools such as CapCut
- Experience with Google Workspace – Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and brainstorming
- Demonstrable portfolio of accounts managed or content created
