Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing and raise purchase orders
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers
- Receive, check, and record all deliveries (POs & GRNs)
- Control stock levels, FIFO, and store organization
- Issue stock against approved requisitions only
- Conduct stock takes and report variances
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in restaurant or hotel procurement/storekeeping
- Proven ability to source and negotiate with suppliers
- Strong stock control and record-keeping skills
- High level of honesty, accuracy, and accountability
