Key Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing and raise purchase orders
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers
  • Receive, check, and record all deliveries (POs & GRNs)
  • Control stock levels, FIFO, and store organization
  • Issue stock against approved requisitions only
  • Conduct stock takes and report variances

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in restaurant or hotel procurement/storekeeping
  • Proven ability to source and negotiate with suppliers
  • Strong stock control and record-keeping skills
  • High level of honesty, accuracy, and accountability
