Job Purpose

To generate qualified leads, close property sales, and build long-term client relationships through high-volume outbound and inbound telesales engagements while promoting Nyota Njema Real Estate projects and investment opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to generate property inquiries, site visits, and sales conversions.
  • Professionally handle inbound calls, online inquiries, and lead follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client budgets, preferred locations, property type, and investment objectives.
  • Present, promote, and sell Nyota Njema real estate projects clearly and persuasively over the phone and digital platforms.
  • Share accurate property details, pricing, payment plans, and availability with prospective clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, offers, and booking confirmations to close sales.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, site visits, and closed deals in the CRM system.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat investments.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional property options and value-added services where applicable.
  • Handle client objections, concerns, and feedback professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and documentation.
  • Follow up on dormant or inactive leads to revive interest and close opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback for management.
  • Stay updated on company projects, pricing, promotions, and real estate market trends.
  • Adhere to company policies, ethical selling standards, and compliance requirements at all times.

Key Skills, Requirements, and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in telesales, preferably in real estate, insurance, banking, FMCG, or service-based industries.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent phone-based selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
