The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of human resources operations across the company.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding &amp; orientation for new hires, contracts, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure accurate maintenance of personnel files in compliance with Kenya Employment Act, 2007 and Data Protection Act, 2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting with staff training and performance management cycles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with recruitment (job postings, screening, interview scheduling)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle disciplinary hearings, terminations, and dispute resolution professionally<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate training programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 to 4 years of proven HR experience specifically within the hospitality industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) certification is an added advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited for a service environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sound knowledge of the Kenyan Employment Act<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please share your CV on<strong>&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:careers@albahotels.co.ke?subject=HR%20Officer%20Application\">careers@albahotels.co.ke<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>by&nbsp;<strong>28th February 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer with a strong focus on HR Operations to join our team.
