Conceptualize and lead new avenues of growth in collaboration with the scheme partner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement marketing strategies and sales acquisition campaigns to maximize card acquisition for various products and sales channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and manage various card programs with the aim to launch new programs and improve on existing features and benefits\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify new market opportunities and design strategies and onboarding frameworks to deliver on the assigned P&amp;L lines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive cards product growth strategy in line with competitor benchmarking and positioning analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the Head of Cards to ensure that monitoring tools developed are applied and effectiveness of training and other \u2018people development\u2019 activities are properly monitored.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Innovation and strategic partnerships for New Business, 3rd party Vendor management -Time Split 25%<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support Cards Head in developing product, alliance &amp; marketing strategy to maximize card uptake.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of new sales channels market opportunities for sales acquisition with 3rd parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Market insights and data analytics form third parties e.g. Bureau, 3rd party partnerships to open opportunities for card acquisition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive digital strategy for new cards business through channel optimization and integration with strategic partners with an aim of driving new customer growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management of 3rd party vendors for seamless delivery of product stocks, payment and SLA management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3rd party Coordination of invoice and reconciliation to achieve efficiencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Channels efficiency to implement initiatives that drive an excellent customer onboarding experience with proper operational KPIs and measures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct monthly quarterly assurance review sessions to achieve win-win business relationships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Governance, Control and Risk-Time Split 10%<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure compliance to Bank controls, policy, service standards and procedures as laid down by the bank<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all mandatory training is completed to deadline and understood within given timescales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All risk events (incidents) or control failures to be escalated, investigated, reported and fixed at root cause to prevent re occurrence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Successful independent conformance assurance (e.g.RCA, BIA, Regulatory Compliance, PwC)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>People and Teamwork-&nbsp;Time split 5%<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work closely with the Head of Cards and the Issuing team to deliver exceptional business performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share best practice with, and provide feedback to, the other members of efficiency Team, on all business and people related issues, climate and local development and initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build effective relationships, influence and motivate Team Leaders to ensure their wholehearted commitment to effective application of performance management practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Self-Development&nbsp;Time- Split 5%<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pursue self-development to increase personal effectiveness, acknowledging strengths and areas for development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Role\/person specification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark>Qualification<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Essential \u2013<\/strong>Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preferred \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Master\u2019s degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prior experience in banking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit card experience a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Essential<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong understanding of the credit card business and market<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of Risks and Controls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of the Bank Policies and procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Productivity Management and process improvement techniques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of End-to-end process &amp;
