Adaptis Africa Jobs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct structured outbound telesales campaigns across assigned markets and subsidiaries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify, research, and build target prospect databases aligned to strategic sectors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and campaign follow-ups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and outreach targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and refine call scripts tailored to each subsidiary\u2019s offering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lead Qualification &amp; Opportunity Development<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Engage prospects to understand business needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-making structures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct structured discovery conversations to identify fit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualify leads based on predefined commercial criteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schedule and support solution presentations or demos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare prospects for proposal submission by confirming scope and expectations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Business Closing &amp; Revenue Conversion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow through on opportunities from first contact to deal closure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle objections confidently and negotiate within approved commercial frameworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support preparation of quotations and proposals in collaboration with technical teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively follow up on submitted proposals to drive closure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain visibility of deal progress and escalate high-value deals when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure signed agreements and payment initiation where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pipeline &amp; CRM Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accurately record all calls, meetings, and outcomes in the CRM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track deal aging and proactively revive stalled opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide weekly pipeline reports to Commercial Leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support revenue forecasting activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Campaign &amp; Event Support<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support execution of group-wide marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct pre-event prospecting to increase attendance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform post-event follow-up and convert participants into sales opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with marketing to ensure campaign-to-conversion alignment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Subsidiary Commercial Support (Secondment Model)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When assigned to a subsidiary, the Telesales Executive will:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Align with subsidiary leadership on monthly revenue targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive solution-specific outreach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in reviving dormant accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Education<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4\u20136 years\u2019 experience in tele-sales, account management, or business development, preferably in B2B or service-based industries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong> &#8211; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/careers.adaptis.africa\/jobs\/Careers\/610022000017831690\/Telesales-Associate?utm_source=\">Click Here to Apply<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sales Jobs.
