We are seeking an experienced Food &amp; Beverage Manager<br>to deliver world-class dining, from private villa service to signature bush meals and<br>sundowners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key Responsibilities :-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead and develop a team of ~10 hosts, waiters, and night askaris to deliver<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>exceptional service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accurate, timely meal service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage villa guest experiences to maximise satisfaction and prevent service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>overlaps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and execute signature lodge events such as Boma Night and Dinner at<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the Manyatta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate across departments (Guiding, Housekeeping, Maintenance,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security) for seamless service delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee beverages inventory, villa and bar issuance, and Roof Bar operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive continuous improvement through team training and development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the Lodge Manager with front-of-house and administrative duties as<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 10 years\u2019 front-of-house experience in internationally recognised<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hotels or safari lodges, with at least 3 years in a senior F&amp;B leadership role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid knowledge of wines, cocktails, and beverage management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A genuine passion for service excellence and luxury hospitality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An inspiring leader of unimpeachable personal integrity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in both English and Kiswahili.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and supporting credentials to<br><strong><a href=\"mailto:consulting@huresco.net\">consulting@huresco.net<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;by 9th March 2026.
