Rose of Sharon Academy invites qualified and passionate educators to apply for the position of Head of Kindergarten as we continue to strengthen our Early Years Programme and maintain excellence in nurturing young learners.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in ECDE or Education (Early Years Specialization)
- TSC RegistrationTraining/Certification in Cambridge International Early Years or CBE
- Master’s Degree in Education or Educational Leadership is an added advantage
Experience Required
- Minimum 8 years teaching experience in Early Years Education
- At least 3 years in a school leadership role.
- Experience in a high-performing academic environment and learner transition to Primary School
Core Competencies
- Strong understanding of child development (Ages 2–6)
- Ability to align learning to both CI & CBE pathways
- Curriculum planning and assessment skills
- Instructional leadership and teacher mentorship
- Strong communication and parent engagement skills
