If you’re an operationally minded marketer who loves bringing campaigns to life on the ground, this role is for you. We are looking for a RETAIL MARKETING MANAGER to lead in-store campaign execution across all branches, manage retail partners and activations, and ensure every store touchpoint reflects the brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead in-store campaign execution across all branches, ensuring strong visibility, accurate POS, and consistent promotion rollouts
- Plan and deliver retail events and partner activations end-to-end, coordinating suppliers, agencies and mall management
- Own the retail marketing budget, track spend, report performance, and support seasonal planning
- Track key retail KPIs, share insights, and recommend improvements to strengthen in-store performance
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in retail marketing, brand activation or operational marketing
- Proven ability to manage budgets, suppliers and on-ground execution in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong shopper experience mindset and a sharp eye for brand consistency
- Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills
